This article through reading the Chuang tzu text carefully and refer to the related literature and research results, as far as possible to comprehensive understand the “you” in the philosophy of Chuang tzu, reveals the complex and profound connotation, at first research the causes of "you" in Chuang tzu philosophy,such as age and social background of "Chuang tzu",explain why he will choose "you" attitude and way of life in the face of fate and limit in the world which lose the Tao to meet the useful and useless dilemma.Chuang tzu in different levels of sense to Tao,things,body and mind have positive and negative complex attitude at the same time,the paper will combine the text analysis of body, "mind tour". By comparing simillar and different set of "Tao" and the relationship of the tings and the Tao to study "you" and "return" two way to reach the Tao. Finally discussing how to you in the Tao and achieve free and unfettered and the meaning and influence on later generations,making a beneficial thinking and exploring to enlightenment the modern people how to understand and settle the individual life. What is certain is that "you" not only exists in the spiritual world,Chuang tzu had a dissatisfaction and disappointment to reality, but not hostile to the world, at the same time, "you" and reality exists some distance intentionally or unintentionally, the complex and flexible "you" which Chuang tzu admired still exist a lot of hard for later generations, also is difficult to obtain the true identity, and in the outer parts miscellaneous article especially the explain of Guo xiang has been done the reconciliation efforts, in which the gain and loss and hard also need further research.
