Contemporary artists through the material update andimprovement of technique, the contemporary painting presents the texture beautyand the beauty of material characteristic.This paper discusses the "peeling method" in the aesthetic form of modernfine brushwork, the first analysis of the Dunhuang murals in the modern finebrushwork, the important role and modern fine brushwork painting "peeling"method in the analysis of the characteristics of. In the exploration and use of"peeling" method of modern fine brushwork, analyzes some painters of moderndraw the essence from traditional mural painting, and the creation of reference andimitation of Dunhuang murals after natural weathering left the mottled off the skintexture effect.
