In the year 1840-1850, the famous Bronte sisters in the patriarchal Vitoria times with the unique perspective paying attention to women issues, writing about the value of the women, continuously creating bots of novels to reflect the three sisters’unique female consciousness, set off a broad review boom. The flow in the three sisters writing teachers image series are sublimation and crystallization of the ideology that forms after personally feel the pulse of the times. The female teachers-whether a school teacher or a tutor not only was suppressed from men world, but also suffered insult and exploitation from the upper bourgeoisie at the times. This paper mainly discuss from the work and life of the teachers to study the Bronte sisters’British women teachers group destiny of the social transition period after British Industrial Revolution completed systematically discusses the Bronte sisters female consciousness progressive sprit connotation, which is focus on the intrinsic value of women, stressed independent economic ability and the awakening of women’s self personality consciousness, embodying progressive female consciousness. At the same time, it inevitably shows the effect of the writers’own character and capitalist industrial civilization on the patriarchal culture.Their female consciousness also inevitably remains limitation contradicted irreversible with the male domination.
