The national style is the life and soul of all art in all the countries and nations in the world, not only the local art, but also all foreign art. Chinese piano work, therefore, must also take the national style as its life and soul.That is indeed the fact. The formation and development of the ethnic style of Chinese piano works has become the successful story of nationalization of piano art in the world. So it is a very important subject to study the formation and development of the national style of Chinese piano works.The thesis takes an all-around, serializable and deep systematized study for the formation and development of the national style of Chinese piano works by using the theories and methods of the Western modern systematology. That is to say the thesis takes the formation and development of the national style of Chinese piano works as a large main system, and then divides it into three horizontal, vertical and interactive subsystems separately. Every subsystem is divided into several sub-subsystem and even much smaller systems again and research is done in different levels.The vertical system is the historical review of the formation development of the national style of Chinese piano works. It is divided into three subsystems: connotation, meaning and constitution. One of the most important points is the constitution of the vertical system. It is divided into five sub-subsystems: formative, preliminary, fire-new development, tortuous development and all-around development period of the national style Chinese piano works.The horizontal system is the concrete analysis of the national style of Chinese piano works. It is the focus and core of this thesis, which divides into three sub-subsystems: the connotation, meaning and constitution. The most priority is the constitution of the horizontal, and it is divided into another three sub-subsystems: the ideological content, artistic form and performance art of the national style of the Chinese piano works.The interactive system is the theoretical orientation of the national style of Chinese piano works, and it is divided into three subsystems: the connotation, meaning and constitution. And one of the most important points is the constitution of the interaction, and it is subdivided into cognition of the creative idea, the establishment of the creation principle and the initiative of the creation method. According to the systematic research of the interaction of the three-dimensional and trinity with the horizontal, vertical and interactive system, the thesis constructs a scientific and rigorous system of theoretical system.
