Workplace employee rejection does great harm to the employee’s physical and mental health,and affect staff job involvement, job satisfaction, turnover intention, etc..At present,There is a big gap to research workplace employee rejection,this research using literature analysis, interview, questionnaire survey method, Compiled the workplace employee rejection scale under the cultural background in China,and to discuss the content structure and the differences in demographic variables, Finally, study the specific influence on job involvement and organizational citizenship behavior.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.China’s cultural background, Content structuret of workplace employee rejection including four dimensions,That is attribution rejection 、 defamation rejection、interactive rejection and respect rejection, workplace Employee rejection letter validity was reached psychometric requirements.2.Studies have shown that,Workplace employee rejection are widespread in the different gender, marital status, education level and unit types of employees;In the age, working years and there was some difference of income level.3. The correlation analysis and regression analysis results show that workplace employee rejection for job involvement and organizational citizenship behavior has significantly negative prediction function.4. Job involvement play an intermediary role between workplace employees rejection and organizational citizenship behavior.Finally, combined with the research conclusion,In this paper, how to reduce the negative impact of the workplace employee rejection,From two aspects: individuals and organizations put forward some Suggestions for management,Such as to establish the harmonious interpersonal relationship,establish and improve the effective prevention and supervision mechanism, etc.,Through psychological consultation, emotion management, etc. To help employees to release pressure.
