Mezzotint was invented since sixteenth Century, as a kind of skill, loved by the people with its deep background and delicate changes. As a copy of a painting of traditional mezzotint prevailed in Europe in sixteenth Century, was later replaced by lithographic printing. Mezzotint again flourished in the second world war. The economic and cultural recovery, artists began to work. At the beginning of twentieth Century, all kinds of mezzotint works to return to public view. The artists not only from the traditional mezzotint in oil painting replication mode, also began to explore various problems in life with this form.Guy·Langevin was contemporary are engaged in mezzotint printmaking artists, his works changed traditional beauty mezzotint print very realistic picture effect, dynamic rough visual language to establish a unique "non realistic art style, the mezzotint works had many times in International Exhibition Award and in the United States, Japan, Europe, China held exhibition.
