Tourism as a strategic industry, low resource consumption, big driving factor,more employment opportunities, good comprehensive benefits, to improve the national quality, regional culture, promote the construction of a harmonious world have a positive effect. Traveling scenic area as an important part of the tourism industry is facing various scenic spots of visual image design copying, imitation, and even copy each other, between the scenic spot style is more and more similar, ignored the role of regional culture in tourism scenic spot image design, so that the scenic area culture, tourist experience.This paper put forward the regional culture in tourism scenic spot in the visual image design, discusses the regional culture and tourism scenic spot the relationship between visual image design, through the application of regional culture in the scenic spots of visual image design analysis, research the existing scenic Dali Dali butterfly spring, Dali three towers temple, Dali geological park,in turn, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the visual image of the scenic area exists, finally to Dali southern mandolin palace, jade garden tourism scenic area as an example, make full use of the Dali kingdom period of regional culture,the excavation of the Dali kingdom garden features, ethnic and religious culture,etc. The essence of regional culture, on the basis of summary and refining constitute the basic base jade garden scenic spot visual image design(scenic area symbols,mascots, landmark building), visual image of tourism scenic spot application design(scenic spot ads, scenic souvenirs, scenic spot image pictorial, orientation,identification,), visual image of the scenic spot service personnel(scenic spot service personnel expression of visual image, visual image of the scenic spot service attitude, the scenic spot service staff dress visual image) and based on big data under the Internet as a medium for promotion and marketing to do the visual design, the last chapter put forward regional culture build and move in the tourism scenic spot image design, makes every effort to change the present situation of the visual image of tourism in Dali.
