When college students fall in love, they have a variety of emotions. With different attachment styles of college students, interpersonal emotion recognition and regulation ability will also be differences,and it will affect the relationship quality. This research is under the background of colleges, from the perspective of interpersonal relationship, to understand the status quo of interpersonal emotion recognition and regulation ability, the relationship between interpersonal emotion regulation ability and the relationship quality, and attachment style as intermediary effects to interpersonal emotion regulation ability influence the relationship quality.Research one use experimental and questionnaire method, to explore emotion recognition’s impacting on relationship quality of the college students. Through questionnaire, college students divided into high or low relationship quality group; Experiment part is recognition expressions pictures, measuring response time and accuracy. Results showed that the interpersonal emotion recognition ability have no significant impact on the relationship quality of college students’.Research two is on the basis of literature analysis and interviews, compiled college students’ interpersonal emotion regulation ability questionnaire. This questionnaire includes self-evaluation and other-evaluation parts and completely consistent, which is divided into five dimensions. Through inspection, the questionnaire can better reflect college love students’ interpersonal emotion regulation level.Research three is interpersonal emotion regulation ability’s influence on relationship quality of college students. This research is within subjects design, through interpersonal emotion regulation questionnaire, ECR scale, and the scale of RPUS to analysis the status quo. At the same time, research on adult attachment’s intermediary role between interpersonal emotion regulation ability and the college students’ relationship quality.Through the above research conclusions can be drawn as follows:(1) Interpersonal emotion recognition ability has no significant impact on the quality of college students in love;(2) Interpersonal emotion regulation ability has significant predict effect on college students’ relationship quality;(3) Adult attachment plays intermediary role between interpersonal emotion regulation ability and the relationship quality of college love students’.(4) The self-evaluation and other-evaluation interpersonal emotion regulation questionnaire of college love students’.
