The Application Of "Sense" In The Cultivation Of Pipa Performance Psychology

Pipa is very popular in China as a traditional musical instrument and therefore the inheritance of Pipa performing is important. In this field, the tension management is essential subject that is every performers should face. However, the current teaching mode of Pipa only focuses on skill training but ignores mental training.This paper defined the nature of deliberating type practice and present the its effects in the Pipa training and its applications in the Pipa performing. Besides that,the difference between the mental training and the skill training of Pipa performing is discussed in this paper. Overcoming the tension in stage playing and Pipa players’ psychological cultivation. And the relationship between cultivation mode and stage tension.At last,based on the applied research of deliberating type practice in mental training of Pipa, the effect of deliberating type practice on tension management of Pipa performing is tested and discussed in this paper.
