Children have caught much social attention because of their lovelies, vivacity, kindness and innocence, so do the advertising industry. Viewers can often see the children’s presence in television commercials. Children’s participation in TV advertising means children’s image appears in television advertising, which contains trait image, relationship image and symbolic image. In television commercials, children often play different roles, and their images have certain rules and unique narrative feature, and ultimately a comprehensive reflection of the "Liberation and Regulation coexist," "dependence and impact with the" Children View. However, there are many problems today images of children in television commercials use, such as a generic image of the child, adult, etc., spread superiority has not been well reflected. In essence, these problems are inseparable from the audience, the impact of the media, social and legal factors, so in actual operation, the parties should take effective measures to avoid the use of television advertising in the image of the child’s problems. This article aims to cut from various angles, the TV advertising images of children to carry out comprehensive analysis.
