The concept of "practice" is one of the basic concepts of philosophy, is a commonplace concept, increasing the heat now philosophy to the discussion, its importance is evident. As early as more than 300 BC, Aristotle put forward the concept of practice, with the era of progress and development, different philosophers for the understanding of the practice are not the same.This paper first examines the historical evolution of the theory and practice, mainly concentrated in German classical philosophy period and the young Hegel School period philosopher, understanding Marx live in period of the historical background and at that time social philosophy thought development trend, understand Marx about the practice of development; secondly, Marx’s practice view in the ontological dimension of research exploring the development course of Marxist view of practice, followed by an investigation of Marx’s view of practice ontology theory dimensions is the transcendence of the old materialism; finally, brief Marxist practice view contemporary value, respectively from the aspects of theoretical significance and realistic significance interpretation..
