Study On The Art Of Pear Pear In Jiangxi Province

As a national intangible cultural heritage protection project, Poyang bodiless lacquer art is of great significance and conservation value. It is the unique characteristics of the Poyang sulfur molding technique that makes Poyang bodiless lacquerware production more convenient. Moreover, the imitation changes in kiln and the lacquer decoration of negative-sculpture-positive-stack, inherited and developed by Poyang lacquer artists, has become the representative characteristic of Poyang lacquer decorative techniques. Not only the molding technique but also the decorative technique of Poyang lacquer art deserves high research value. However, Poyang lacquer art get into trouble in modernization and heritage in recent years, and the primary problem is the lack of successors.From aspect of the heritage and protection of Poyang lacquer art, this paper analyzes in depth the first-hand information obtained by field surveys, personal interviews and other methods and then reach a conclusion. Firstly, this paper teases out the development history of modern Poyang lacquer and representatives of lacquer generations. Secondly, as representative firms in Poyang lacquer development, the Jiangxi Pohu bodiless lacquerware Co., Ltd., Raozhou bodiless lacquerware Co., Ltd. and Dingguangchang are investigated deeply in this thesis. Finally, the paper proposd conservation and heritage suggestions of Poyang lacquer art by elaborating subjective reasons and objective factors that impede the development of Poyang lacquer under current situation.
