Spread of Chinese language in Thailand have a long history, with the opening of the establishment of the Confucius institute and Confucius classrooms, and the set of all schools Chinese language course, Chinese teaching in Thailand enterprise vigorous development, the demand for Chinese language teachers are also on the increase. In the Thai Chinese teaching, students interested in culture teaching content, the opening of literacy class is imperative. Chinese traditional festivals close to people’s life, has certain representativeness in Chinese traditional culture, for students to set up traditional festival culture, can let students in-depth understanding of Chinese culture, contribute to the spread of foreign Chinese excellent traditional culture. During the internship, the author in Thailand’s ratchaburi Liu Na school coincides with the Dragon Boat Festival and the Mid-Autumn festival, in accordance with the requirements of the school and their teaching plan, in due course for the students to open the dragon-boat festival and mid autumn festivalto the mix, and the corresponding festival culture activities, makes every effort to let students in learning and activities in the comprehension of Chinese traditional festival culture connotation. This article discusses the teaching design of Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn festival, through the questionnaire survey methods such as understanding the da Liu Na school’s Chinese teaching present situation, the high three students’Chinese level and so on, to the teaching contents, teaching methods and specific teaching steps to make analysis, develop in line with the high three students of elementary Chinese level festival culture teaching design. Using multimedia assisted teaching design, this paper take the intuitive, teaching methods for students to understand the origin of the Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn festival, diet, custom culture, in addition to open construction, organize festival culture activities, lets the student in the class can learn the knowledge of Chinese traditional festival culture inside and outside. Teaching design for a particular object of this paper, considering the Chinese primary learners’level of Chinese language and the study status quo, according to student’s learning style to choose the teaching content, teaching method, in order to achieve good teaching effect, this article extracurricular activities is a great characteristic in the design of teaching, makes every effort to let the student through the participation of extracurricular activities better digestion and absorption of the course content. At the end of the article also puts forward some Suggestions on teaching festival culture, want to engage in teaching Chinese as a foreign language teacher in the future to provide some reference and reference.
