Research On Innovation Mode Of Investment And Financing Of Yunnan Film And Television Culture Industry

As many countries have established the strategic of cultural nation, China also proposed to vigorously develop the cultural industries. The Government has promulgated and implemented a series of policies. With the government’s strong support and advocacy, China’s cultural industries are developing rapidly. As the core of cultural industries, the development of Film and television industries are important. However, China is still in the transition of the economic system, diversified systems of investment and financing having not been built, which is obviously a obstacle for our country’s film and television culture sustainably developing. In spite of Yunnan’s abundant cultural resources and heritages, development of film and television industries need not only government supports, but also need to participate in the market. In fact, investment and financing problems also plagued the healthy and stable growth of the field in the process of film and television industries participating in the market. Therefore, the expanded research of financial investment of film and television culture industries about establishing and improving their development to adapt to a modern system of financial investment, which is vital to resolve all financial issues facing nowadays and to ensure the healthy development of its lasting.The first chapter is the introduction part, focusing on the ideas, meaning, background and methods. the second chapter is the overview of film and television industries investment and financing, discriminating the cultural industries and film culture industries concepts, while explaining the existing situation and the characteristics of domestic financial investment in this field. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of investment in Yunnan film and television industries in-depth, and finds the existing problems and shortcomings, as a basis to discuss the foundation. The fourth chapter describes the advanced experiences of developed countries, focusing on financial investment patterns of Korea, the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries, and providing a important reference to build a Yunnan’s mode of film and television industries investment and financing. The fifth chapter based on the systematic analysis in front, from three parts(the reforming model of investment and financing under the government guidance,the innovation market mode and new credit financing mode), to build Yunnan film and television industries’ financing and investment system. The sixth chapter proposes the advises of promoting the development of film and television industries in Yunnan and effective proposals of innovating its financial investment system. And it gives three suggestions in financial investment environment, the Bank accelerating innovation of film and television industries and the innovation themselves.
