The Light Of Life - The Classical Complex Of Still Life Painting

Today’s Chinese society is rapidly changing situation, the development of art forms is becoming more innovative, but no matter what kind of social development happened and no matter what changes artwork developed, we always remember the phrase“do not forget the beginning of the heart”. In Western painting, we are always review its initial origin. When we can find the source of inspiration for us, we can carry out innovative art and get progress. For this reason, I have more and more strong interests and respects to classic oil paintings. So in this paper, I trace the ancient original period of classic oil paintings. The first part of the paper outlines the reasons for the creation of classical painting;the second part outlined why and how choose the theme in my work;the third part presents my complex of classical painting. In this process, I have more knowledge and love of classical painting and I hope more people can explore and inherit this ancient artistry.
