Since the “New World”was found, accompanying with the globalization of the western countries, penetration of cultures of non western countries continue to carry out, in an attempt to expand western centralism thought of domestication, to control of non Western countries. And other national unique cultural characteristics and profound cultural heritage will continue to fight against the foreign culture invasion, this against the most intense way is "the clash of Civilizations",including peaceful evolution 、 "Color Revolution" and so on.Under this background, the problem of national cultural security is put forward. At present,this problem is facing ancient and modern, inside and outside, with differences such as various contradictions in the opposition and conflict, and conflict and fusion is a pair of contradiction, Chinese traditional culture is advocated the integration of culture. In this regard, the author draws on traditional “Chinese Harmonious and Syncretic Culture”, trying to use the ways of sublating、integration、union and so on, to deal with the relationship between civilization, pinpoint the ego orientation, thereby maintaining national culture security.This article mainly uses the investigation method and experience summary method, through the investigation of the purpose, there are plans to collect the related real object of study status or history, data analysis, synthesis, comparison, induction, by summing up the experiences, “Chinese Harmonious and Syncretic Culture” philosophy in safety culture reference more systematic,theoretical and eventually rose to experience.This paper is divided into six parts and respectively discusses Chinese Harmonious and Syncretic Culture, connotation and research scope of cultural security.At the same time, according to current situation of culture construction in our country and the existing problems,the author proposed method of Chinese Harmonious and Syncretic Culture to solve the problem of cultural security in today’s urgent.
