Living conditions, mental state and learning situation of college students in Tibet area is not only related to their own growth and development, but also related to the construction, development and stability of Tibetan society. This study is aimed at understanding the group characteristics and interrelation of Life Stress, Resilience, and Study Adaptation of college students in Tibet area. This research took the class as unite and was conducted on 541 students from first grade to fourth grade in Tibet University. The final results are as follows:1. Overall, the basic situation of Life Stress, Resilience, and Study Adaptation of college students in Tibet area is good.2. Life stress differs with sex, nation and grade: Female students have higher self psychosomatic stress, study stress; Han nation students have higher heterosexual intercourse stress, punishment and failure stress, and lower study stress. Freshmen have higher economic stress, study stress than juniors. Resilience differs with sex, nation, grade and family structure: Male students have more obvious advantages on future plans, self perception, work plan style, total score; Han nation students have more obvious advantages on future plans, self perception, work plan style, social ability, and total score; freshmen, sophomores and juniors have more obvious advantages on future plans, self perception; Only children have more advantages on future plans, self perception, and total score. Study adaption differs with sex, nation, grade and family structure: Male students have better adaption on learning motivation, teaching model, learning ability, total score, and so do Han nation students; Freshmen have better adaption on learning motivation, learning model, learning attitude, environmental factor, total score; Only children students have better adaption on teaching model, environmental adaption, total score.3. There are significant correlation between each two of Life Stress, Resilience, and Study Adaptation. OF which, Life Stress and Resilience have a lower significant negative correlation; Life stress and Study Adaptation have a lower significant negative correlation; Resilience and Study Adaptation have a higher significant positive correlation. The moderating effect of Resilience between Life Stress and Study Adaptation doesn’t exist, but partial mediating effect is significant. The proportion of mediating effect to total effect is 43.1%.Conclusion: Under the general situation of Life Stress, Resilience, and Study Adaptation is going well. Different groups distinguished by sex, nation, grade and family structure also have different characters. Life Stress, Resilience, and Study Adaptation have close relationship with each other. In the prediction of Life stress by learning adaption, the mediating effect of resilience accounts for 43.1% percent.
