Resilience is the personal resources when the individual perceives stress,including interior protective factors and exterior protective factors.The foreign scholars have made broad researches about resilience,but the domestic researches about resilience are still at the initial stage.The purpose of this research is to provide references for the studies of resilience, making people have further understanding to resilience.In accordance with the principle of stratified random sampling,836 effective participates were chosen from Hebei Normal University,Hebei University of science and technology,Hebei University of Economics and Besiness,and Shijiazhuang Railway Institute.Perceived-Stress Scale,College Students Resilience Scale,and psychological well-being scale were used in this research,structured interviews as well.Firstly,the state of college students perceived stress,resilience and psychological well-being,and the impact of gender,whether or not one child and grade were discussed.Then,the relationships among perceived stress,resilience and psychological well-being were analyzed.Finally,the mediator effect of resilience between perceived stress and psychological well-being were tested.SPSS 13.0 were adopted to analyze the data,and descriptive statistic,MANOVA,simple effect analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis were conducted.The main findings were as follows:1.Overall,the level of college students perceived stress was low,69.6%was below the median;the level of resilience and psychological well-being were high,both were above the median.2.The analysis of variance showed that there was significant gender difference on perceived stress and the factors of family supports,friend supports,positive relationship with others and autonomy;there was significant grade difference on psychological well-being and the factors of self-control,personal growth and purpose in life;there was significant whether or not one child difference on the factors of social competence and positive relationship with others;there was significant interaction between gender and grade on the factor of self-control; there was significant interaction among gender,grade and whether or not one child on the factors of self.values,self-control,environment mastery and purpose in life.3.The correlation analysis showed that there was significant correlation between stress, resilience,psychological well-being and all its factors.Resilience and psychological well-being were significant negatively correlated with stress;resilience was significant positively correlated with psychological well-being.4.The regression analysis showed that stress and resilience could significantly predict psychological well-being.The stress was the negative predictor of psychological well-being, and the resilience was the positive predictor of psychological well-being.5.The mediator effect test showed that the resilience was a partly mediator between stress and psychological well-being.6.The grouping test showed that the resilience was a completely mediator between stress and psychological well-being in the group of college students who got high score on stress; the resilience was a partly mediator between stress and psychological well-being in the group of college students who got low score on stress.
