New Internet combined words are the newly and widely spread Internet words in the recent years, and these words are commonly used regardless for the Internet social communication or for the Internet transmission. Even though these popular Internet words are limited regarding to total numbers, but they are used with high frequency especially on the headlines of major websites. The news headlines of these major websites can be treated as the indicators of Internet hotspots. The websites’ preference on the Internet combined words reflects that the combined words do have high degrees of popularity, attention, and acceptance by the public. In addition, the new phenomenon indicates that the Internet combined words have the value of transmission and significance of study.There are six main parts in this paper. The first part is the introduction, which briefly talks about the reasons, current condition, significance, and methods of this research. It also talks about sources of the documents.The second part firstly talks about the identification of the new Internet combined words. Then mainly makes analysis on the internal features of new Internet combined words via the voice synthesis features, the origins of Chinese characters, features of abbreviations, and non-solidification. The analysis would provide clear demonstration about how the new Internet combined words play special roles on grammar functions and language application.The final part will provide a conclusive analysis and statement to indicate that the Internet language has its internal system. Even though the Internet language is a breakthrough of traditional language at some points, it does not completely discard the rules and orders of traditional language. Meanwhile, this part would clarify the drawbacks of this research.
