On The Characterization Of The Role Of Animation

At present day, most of characters which show in film and television are created by studying disposition of characters. Disposition is key point of the character. It is on of the most important elements which can make character real.Generally, in a successful movie, there is always more than one character that can make audiences to remember. There are several elements which build disposition of characters. Script, design and performance always are the more important elements than others. To my opinion, performance of character is especially important. It is just like live action. Animators like the actor who performance in live action, they make the character of animation performance like their own way. On the other hand, animators are actors themselves. Each animator has his unique performance method, and it makes the animated character very special and realistic to audience. Thus, to animation film, it is essential element how to show the disposition of character deeply.The aesthetic level of animation needs individual inspiration and creativity. By analyzing the expression of character emotion, this essay will to explore how the performance of character influences the narrative. Furthermore, by comparing the characters which are showed in Japanese animation, American animation and Chinese animation, it is also discussed how to design the performance according disposition of characters.
