The miao history in China has a long history in the long process of development as to adjustthe specification of its internal contradictions and disputes, the Hmong formed their own uniquecustoms and cultural Miao criminal customary law as an important part of the customs of theMiao criminalrelative to other Miao customary law, investigation and study less Bi jie regionthrough fieldwork in the form of finishing the Miao criminal customary law and research Bi jieregion’s economic and social impact analysis of its national lawconflict, research in the Bi jiearea so remote, impoverished and backward areas of the judiciary is how adaptation of nationallaw and customary law is still for the first time. Through field surveys, to gain first-handinformation, linking theory with practice, existing criminal law perspective, the Bi jie regionaleconomic and social development, to show the essence of the culture of the Miao France, explorethe value of the culture of the Miao France.
