Investigation And Research On The Marriage Customary Law Of Miao Nationality In Shangshang Village, Miao Nationality Township, Zhijin County, Guizhou Province

As to the issue of Minority Nationality Marriage Custom Law,the public and scholars pay extensive attention it.Guizhou Province as a gathering area of ethnic minorities,there are some Minority Nationality Marriage Custom Law that long been observed by people who is different from National Statute Law.From the current published data,there are abundant researches on Miao Marriage Customary Law in the eastern area of Guizhou province,but the research in the western area of Guizhou province is almost blank.The investigation spot Tunshang Village,Guanzhai Miao Township,Zhijin County,Guizhou Province that I choose is just in the western area of Guizhou province.There are many differences between western area of Guizhou province and eastern area of Guizhou province.In fact,Zhijin County is also located in the western area of Guizhou province.This County has 19 villages and towns,and it has 7 ethnic townships.Zhijin County also has many ethnic minorities such as Miao nationality,Yi nationality,Bai nationality and so on.As a village of Zhijin County,the natural condition,ideology and economy on Tunshang Village are bad.The first part is about the analysis of the research overview,it includes the narration of the basic situation ?the overview of western Miao and survey deals.The second part is the elaboration of the content of the investigation spot's Marriages Customary Law.In order to analyze the contents of Marriages Customary Law on Tunshang Village,Guanzhai Miao Township,Zhijin County,Guizhou Province,this part mainly from the aspects of mate choice,marriage and divorce.The second part also expounds the vicissitudes of Miao Marriage Customary Law on Tunshang Village,Guanzhai Miao Township,Zhijin County,Guizhou Province.As to the vicissitudes of Miao Marriage Customary Law,it mainly introduces the reason and the performance of the change of Miao Marriage Customary Law.The third part is about the theoretical analysis of the Miao Marriage Customary Law.The author state this part from the aspects of the relationship between Miao Marriage Customary Law and National Laws,the characteristic analysis of the Marriage Customary Law on Tunshang Village,the value of promoting cultural diversity of investigation spot's Marriage Customary Law and the enlightenment of investigation spot's Marriage Customary Law.The innovation of this paper is that the author has an outlook on the Marriages Customary Law of western area of Guizhou Province;this is very rare in the previous literature.What we should pay attention is that this paper uses the method of “qualitative research”.In fact,“qualitative research” do not need the data analysis,so this paper do not have data analysis.
