A Study On The Causes Of The Special Relationship Between America And America After The Perspective Of Analytic Hierarchy Process

American-Israel relationship is a world-famous asymmetric special relationship, with itsspecialty embodied in alliance without agreement, huge aid and tacit strategic cooperation. Asone of the most important bilateral relations in American layout of diplomatic strategies afterWorld War II, American-Israel special relationship is formed with complicated factors, someof which were generated in the period of Cold War and provided with typical mark of timesin Cold War. Although the other factors and relevant effects were generated in the period ofCold War, they still exist nowadays. Therefore, causes of American-Israel special relationshipare based on history, but multiple corners are beyond explanation of the history. There aremany opinions in the educational circle. However, hardly any systematic and multilevelresearch has been made on this issue so far. I have to say it is a pity. Therefore, maybe similarpities can be remedied by effectively combining specific empirical analysis on relevanthistorical materials with famous scientific analysis tools in international relations and bysupplementing variable control based on scientific behaviourism logistics and successiveinspection of inspection means including counterfactual reasoning, so as to rationally andsystematically settle this significant issue in different levels and multiple perspectives.Under the perspective of hierarchical analysis, a series of sophisticated causes forAmerican-Israel special relationship are systematically distributed on three levels: i)systematic structure from macroscopic scale to microcosmic scale; ii) domestic politics; andiii) decision makers. On the level of decision makers, in the earlydays of Israel, different from those leaders in the Likud Party emphasized on value rationality,successive authorities of premiers of the Labor Party persisting in realism instrumentalrationality from Ben-Gurion to Charlotte, Eshkol and Golda Meir are of great significance fordevelopment of American-Israel relationship from strategic coldness to benefit specialization.To sum up, a series of effects at three levels in the hierarchical analysis on the formation ofAmerican-Israel special relationship are positive, with the same orientation. Therefore, it canbe thought that the appearance of American-Israel special relationship is profound andstrategic instead of temporary or tactical actions.At last, through difference seeking inspection in variable control, specific effects ofcultural identity on orientation of American-Arabian relationships and American-Israelrelationship are confirmed in this paper on the premise of stable strategic interests. Besides,specific effects of differential strategic interest integrating degree on American-Israelrelationship in different stages are also confirmed in this paper on the premise of consistentcultural identity, so as to draw a conclusion that cultural identity and strategic interests aredispensable and of the same importance in establishing forms of relationships betweencountries.
