The third chapter write transnational pipelineconstruction land use rights problem solution. This chapter discusses the actual shouldbe how to perfect the legislation in our country, including the establishment ofunderground space of land use rights, to obtain, registration, etc, and discusses themultinational in actual construction project should be how to avoid the land disputes,safe, and effective use of underground space. Fourth chapter written for the mainconclusion is our country petroleum pipeline company during the contractnegotiations with the owner should be clear the terms of the land use right obtainedthis aspect, through draw lessons from foreign experience combined with the reality of our country to perfect our legislation of underground space of land use rights,effectively avoid transnational pipeline construction project in our country theproduction of the dispute of land use right. Underground space of land use rights inour country to develop and improve to make our country a batter, safer operationtransnational pipeline construction project, the separate regulations also willinevitably have to promote rational and efficient use of land in our country, to preventthe dispute over land use, to further promote the economic development of China.
