Research On The Protection Of Trade Secrets In Enterprise Management

Today, An enterprise not only has cash, factory buildings and other tangibleassets, but also has some important intangible assets,such as patents, trademarks, andtrade secrets.This paper aims to discuss the protection of trade secrets of the modernenterprise. In reality, some small and medium-sized enterprises has not paid enoughattention to the protection of trade secrets, and some large enterprises, although awareof the importance of trade secrets, but have not formed their own confidential system.In order to protect the trade secrets, confidential system and the non-compete systemare the core systems. In addition, this paper also discussed related legal protection oftrade secrets in China and the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions.
