Analysis Of China 's Social Stratum Structure And Stratified Bridging Policy

With the political and economic system reform, the adjustment ofindustrial structure, expanding opening up, the income distributionpolicy changes, under the dual action of the government and the market,great changes have taken place in class structure of Chinese society,social stratum structure becomes more complex, multiple. Many scholarshave conducted deep research on social class structure. Based on a lotof research, using survey data which have a nationally representative,the current social stratum structure was combed again, I found thatChina’s social class structure has presented the "ding-shaped" font"fracture" structure, it means that from the possession of resources, itshowing a "ding-shaped" structure, the upper strata have a absolutesuperiority of political, economic, cultural resources; in the classstructure of population distribution, showing typical inverted"ding-shaped" structure, namely, there are vast majority of people in themiddle and lower classes of society. The specific characteristics of theclass structure shows:"structure","reproduction","fragmentation"trend, and has not formed a growing middle class as we expected. This kindof class structure reduced the social political trust, political identity,political sense of belonging and triggered the low-income grouppsychological imbalance, the wealthy group feel "insecure", educationimbalance and it intensified the class, and it also deepened the ethnicconflicts in some extent at the same time, the inner stratum and betweenthe class of multivariate due to lack of proper、effective、 responsiblecommunication also further deepen the social divide common.Based on the above understanding, the author believes that effortsshould be made to promote the China social stratum bridge. The author givepolicies suggestions from the industrial structure、city、education、middle class、income distribution、social communication、building of party.The author believes that, in the present we should concern the fair, butat the same time, we should adhere emphasis on efficiency. We shoulddevelop the productive vigorously to provide realistic economic base for further integration adjustment and hierarchical of class structure;optimize the industrial structure and employment structure to adjust theclass structure; promote the urbanization vigorously, breaking the dualstructure, promote a unified labor market, social security system, theurbanization can directly promote the rise of rural communities,low-income and solve the dual structure of urban and rural areas, andpromote agricultural scale, industrialization, promote the comprehensivedevelopment of rural society and economy; increase investment ineducation to promote the equality,expand the middle class and promotethe formation of class communication atmosphere harmonious; adhere tothe socialist market economic system, expand the quantity and quality ofthe middle class; deepen the reform of income distribution dynamics;establish a wide range of social communication system; strengthening theparty from the thought, ability and other aspects of its construction,help it do a good job of class structure adjustment, promote long-termeconomic and social development.
