The current research on minority customary law is fouced on Fujian and Zhejiang provinces.On the other hand,the condition in Jiangxi is dissimilar. But the stability and debelopment of the northeast of Jiangxi is related closely to the level of its research on the marriage and family customany of She minotity.On the basic of marriage and family customany of She minotity,this paper researches maintain system of Taiyuan countryside, summarizes the existing problems and abstracts those contlicts since China statute law carride out,and finally offers some proposals on this issue.
