Secondly, the paper will present the development of the America’s preliminary injunction, particular showing the condition of preliminary injunction. Thirdly, the paper will discuss the case of the Patent infringement from the perspective of Germany’s act preservation. Finally, the paper will present the act preservation in China. In addition, based on the act preservation system of the Germany and America, the paper will offer some suggestions to establish a better Chinese act preservation system.
