A Study On The Construction Of Rule Of Law In China (Shanghai) Free Trade Experimental Zone

China (Shanghai) free trade area is established on September29,2013. This is not only a historic moment, but also the important results of Chinese socialist market economic system reform.The establishment of the Shanghai free trade area will accelerate the development of economy, the reform of policy and the improvement of system.And this series of reforms need the perfect rule of law.Firstly, this article interprets the concept of China (Shanghai) free trade area,and discusses the establishment and significance of it. Then it analyzes the present condition of legal safeguard construction in Shanghai free trade area on three aspects:Legislative idea, Administrative system and Judicial guarantee. At the same time. It presents some legal problems of legal safeguard construction in Shanghai free trade area on the same aspects,and makes a summing up of the experience. Finally, this article puts forward three ideas of the significance of the legal construction in Shanghai free trade area.
