With the development and change of the present age, the global trade andeconomic ties increasingly close. As a mean of developing countries’ economies, freeport, free trade area are booming. There are endless free ports gradually developed intoworld economic trade areas. Now our country is in economic and social transitionperiod, how to further opening up the economic development of China will become thesubject which we needs to face and solve in time. As the springboard, China (Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone helps our country economy to open further, the significance ofits construction is clearly and obviously. But, how to construct China (Shanghai) PilotFree Trade Zone and what kind of trade zone we want to build, all these need furtherdiscussion and draw lessons from foreign mature experience. Combined with theactual situation of our country, we need to select and plan the construction step by step.This dissertation, on the construction of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free TradeZone, include about23616words, its content is divided into three chapters:The first chapter, the overview of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.This chapter mainly introduces the basic conditions of free trade zone in Shanghai, thebasic concept and coverage status and function of its location advantage of free tradezone in Shanghai were introduced in detail, and expounds the established basis of theframework and its strategic significance.The second chapter, the investigations of different kinds of legal systems ofvarious nations. The construction of free trade zone exists a long time, not originate inChina. So our country want to build a mature system of free trade area, we mustcarefully read current mature policy measures and legal construction, etc. Port ofRotterdam, Netherlands, Singapore and Hong Kong as the big trade ports in the worldhave the salient features of mature trade area. In addition, each has its owncharacteristics in the development of its own construction. To take the three free tradearea for examples, doing the typicality of area studies will help our country to identify on the pros and cons of our construction measures in Shanghai free trade zone, hopingthe Shanghai free trade zone construction conform to the era development trend.The third chapter, the suggestion to perfect the legal system and policy ofShanghai free trade zone. In this chapter the free trade area construction in customssupervision, improvement of the system of international trade, financial reform,implementation of form a complete set of tax policy, perfecting the content of legalsystem and so on in Shanghai free trade zone are discussed in detail. On the basis ofdraw lessons from foreign mature experience, combining with the condition of ourcountry I did some study and thereby concluded the related suggestions about theconstruction of free trade area.
