Study On Pollution Control Management Of Harmful Materials In Recycling Electronic Information Products

The directives of RoHS and WEEE restrict the hazardous substances in Electrical and Electronic Products.The directives defined the environmental requirements on the rates of recycling and recovery of the wasted electric and electronic products.The above directives based on environmental protection and comprehensive application of resources are the most influent technical trade barrier involving with the wide ranges of field up till now.The implementation of EU RoHS directive since July1in2006, requires to prohibit the import of the goods which lead, cadmium, mercury, chromium, PBBs ten, ten bromine biphenyl in electrical and electronic products which do not meet the limit requirement.This directive with high technical requirement and association,will affect the Electrical and electronic exporter in our provinces greatly.If no instant action taken,the exporting entities will be affected greatly.This essay,surveying and studying the relevant laws and regulations on the control of ecological environment pollution in Europe, USA,China etc,deeply study the management system and certification model on Hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products in China.It provides valuable reference for the capacity development in product certification,inspection and test.
