A Study On The System Of Regional National Autonomy In China

Nation region autonomy system is one of Chinese core-political system, also issystem arrangement that communist Panty of China establishes nation policy when ittreat nation relationship. It is product of combination between Marxist-Leninist nationtheory and historical tradition of Chinese nation. Same time, nation region autonomysystem also is a pattern that embodies vertically governmental relationship in thesingle-country structure. It although follows single country structure frame, but isdifferent with relationship between federal government and member-government,even is different with relationship among general vertical governments in the singlestructure. Thus, it is a special system arrangement in the special country structure.This article explained Marxism, special Leninism nation theory, anglicizedinfluence of rise and development of Chinese nationalism after that nation theory waspropagandized into China and important influence which china chose federal or singlestructure system in the establishing nation, combed influence that communist party ofChina chose country structure and nation policy, analyzed implication, characteristicand its significance, explained series theoretical and realist difficulties and challengesand raised relevant policy-measure which implemented nation region autonomysystem.Basic conclusion is that nation region autonomy system is one of basic politicalsystem in China, do not permit shaking, but must persist in and implement it.However, face international and domestic changes of environment we must strengthenautonomy consciousness about nation region autonomy-locality, clearly knowdistinguishing of important conception about nation region autonomy locality’s nights,nation region autonomy organ’s power, minority, and so on, and strengthen guaranteesof autonomy consciousness and laws. We must strengthen country-nation identity andpromote common flourishing and common development of every nation.
