A Study On The Legal Problems Of Abnormal Foreign Investors

The abnormal flight of foreign capital from China in2008has produced greatharmful effect to the social economy of the country. The illegal deeds not only causedgreat damage to the interest of China and its citizens, but also disturbed the economicorder in the state. Hence, it is a challenge and need for legal workers and learners tohave a clear mind of the event and a whole series of legal issues resulted from it, andthen find prevention by amending legal system.The theme of the thesis is brought up by legal cases. At the beginning, there is abrief introduction of the concept, reason and outcome of abnormal flight of foreign.Then, the thesis introduces three main legal issues caused by the flight, through whichthe article analyzes and points out deficiencies of present legal system, and findssolution to the problem. Finally, the thesis looks back what was discussed previouslyand in reference to current situation of the use of foreign capital and relative nationalpolicies give suggestions on preventing abnormal flight of foreign capital in the aspectof source control.
