Communist ideal and faith education is an important part of the ChineseCommunist Party’s ideological construction, paying attention to the education ofcommunist ideal and faith on the communists is one of the favorable politicaltraditions and significant political advantages of the CCP. In the process of ideal andbelief education on communists, CCP has accumulated rich experience. In view of thesituations of the whole world, our national country and the CCP changing profoundly,the Report of18thNational Party Congress point out to firm the communist ideal andfaith and adhere to communist spirit pursuit. To enhance the effectiveness ofcommunist ideal and faith education on party members is an important task of theparty building of the CCP in the new era. It is an inevitable choice to deal withsituation changes of the whole world, our national country and the CCP, to keep theparty’s advanced nature and purity as well as to improve the party’s governing ability.The poor effectiveness of communist ideal and faith education mainly manifested inthe "not really learning”,"not really believing” and not really practicing".
