| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,through thematic education,special rectification and other measures,grass-roots party organizations have carried out in-depth study and practice,so that party members have been baptized and tempered,and some prominent problems leading to the weakness and laxity of grass-roots party organizations have been solved.While fully summing up the experience and achievements,we should also clearly see that some deep-seated contradictions and problems that affect the effectiveness of education have not been fundamentally solved.In the face of risks and challenges,ideals and beliefs support party members’ firm political direction and grass-roots party organizations,which are spiritual forces related to the future and destiny of the Communist Party of China.In the construction of grass-roots party organizations,how to strengthen the effectiveness of education and make ideals and beliefs continuously and effectively enter the mind and heart of Party members needs the continuous exploration of Party construction workers and researchers.Based on the principle of Marxist Party building,this paper uses cross research to investigate the factors that affect the education of grassroots party members.On the basis of observing the reality,this paper analyzes the performance of the weak effectiveness of ideal and belief education in some grass-roots organizations and traces the reasons.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of ideal and belief education in grass-roots organizations.The research is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research basis,purpose and practical significance of the research on the effectiveness of ideal and belief education in grass-roots organizations of the Communist Party of China,summarizes the current research situation,and explains the main methods and innovations.The second part is to sort out the main concepts and theories involved in this study.The main characteristics of the concept of the effectiveness of the ideal and belief education of grass-roots party organizations include: the direction of striving for the party’s cause in the goal,the proportion of education investment and actual influence in the process,and the significant actual benefits in the effect.Marx and Engels’ theory on the party’s ideological construction,Lenin’s Indoctrination Theory,the acceptance theory of Ideological and political education and the relevant theories of communication have guiding significance in this field.The third part is the theoretical analysis of the influencing factors and evaluation criteria of the effectiveness of the ideal and belief education of grass-roots party organizations.The subject,object,medium and educational environment of educational behavior constitute the basic elements of ideal and belief education of grass-roots party organizations.In the process of shaping ideals and beliefs,people will go through the stages of knowledge,emotion,intention and behavior.The effectiveness of each stage constitutes the evaluation scale of the effectiveness of ideals and beliefs education.The fourth part is to explore the reasons for the actual performance of poor effectiveness.In the face of the reality of the weakening,vulgarization,utilitarianism and nihilism of the party members’ ideals and beliefs,this paper confirms four main reasons: insufficient emphasis on the leading role of education,the "four noes" of the educational object,the imperfect educational medium,and the elimination of the negative factors in the environment.The last part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for grass-roots party organizations to improve the effectiveness of education.First,attach great importance to it and strengthen organizational leadership.The second is to strengthen the organizational construction of educators and strive to improve the level of education.The third is to improve the level of Marxist knowledge and quality of Party members.Fourth,adhere to integrity and innovation.The fifth is to create a good shaping environment and form a joint force. |
