The Internet has been developing with its astonishing speed since the birth of it. And the role of it is gradually changed from "information media" which provides the service of Email, games and news to "life platform" on which we go shopping, chat with others and do many other things as in the real world. The interactions between people and the other man or systems are now becoming the main features of the online world, and the Internetand real world are inextricably linked. With this social environment,the harm to society of network crime especially common cybercrime will be dramatically amplified.Because of the technical and virtual nature of cyberspace, traditional crimes are constantly being alienated in the online world.The common form under the network environment has made a powerful impact on the common crime theory oftraditional criminal law. The boundaries of principal and accomplice can hardly be found according to the traditional theory of "classification by role".Network common crime also differs from the traditional criminal law in the manifestations.Not all networksbehavior can be established criminal, the state of human involved in cybercrime, online abettor, online common crime and other network problems have shown a very complex situation. Therefore, this study is very significant.
