A Study Of Ideological And Political Education From The Perspective Of Rule Of Law

With the further development of our social economy, the ideological and political education is facing a series of new problems and new challenges within of its own development. Nowadays, how to get rid of the old backward concepts and ways to adapt to the needs of economic development has become an issue worthy of our thinking and research at present. With the progress of social civilization, the legal civilization is becoming a vital sign to measure the degree of social civilization. China is trying to build a socialist country of the rule of law under great practice, the rule of law regarded as a basic strategy of governing the country has profound guiding significance, it not only promotes the construction of political and social comprehensive progress of our country, but also enlightens the ideological and political education. The logical starting point of the rule of law is to create good laws, which requires that we should first focus on the question of the rationality of the ideological and political education; Judicial workers in the applicable process should be loyal to the law, which requires educators should firm their own value beliefs; The characteristics of legal rights as the standard enlightens us that we should fully respect the interests of the educates’ appeal in the process of ideological and political education; The realm of active citizen to obey the law requires educates to comply with the request which is proposed by ideological and political education consciously. This thesis is based on the inherent connection between the concept of the rule of law and the ideological and political education, attempting to build rational ideological and political education contents under the horizon of law, guide the educators to determine the value beliefs of ideological and political education, care about the educates’ interest demands and guide educates to comply with the requirements of the ideological and political education consciously by analyzing the existing problems of the ideological and political education under the legal vision and absorbing the reference value of the ideological and political education under the legal vision. From these four aspects, This thesis aims at discussing the implementation strategies of ideological and political education in order to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education.
