Study On Perfecting College Students’ Voluntary Service System From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

Volunteer service is an important symbol of social civilization.In the new historical period,in order to Xi Jinping as the core of the CPC Central Committee general secretary attaches great importance to the volunteer services,Xi Jinping,general secretary of volunteer service work to give you many times,and many times to the volunteer service team to reply,spur the students to actively participate in volunteer service activities,in order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation contribute to the Chinese dream;The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China further proposed to "improve the voluntary service system".The college student voluntary service system and the ideological and political education of the guiding ideology,basic principles and the main content of the internal correspondence.Therefore,further study of college students’ voluntary service system is of great practical significance for promoting the integration of the two and giving full play to the ideological and political education function of voluntary service.This paper will start from the elements of college students’ voluntary service system,from the perspective of ideological and political education to analyze the existing problems of college students’ voluntary service system,so as to study the path of improving the college students’ voluntary service system.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the text is divided into four parts:The first part gives an overview of college students’ voluntary service system.The definition includes the definition of college students’ volunteer service,the definition and characteristics of college students’ volunteer service system.The constituent elements are analyzed from five aspects: volunteer spirit volunteer service organization,volunteer service resources,volunteer service personnel,and volunteer service action.The second part expounds the theoretical basis and significance of perfecting the college students’ voluntary service system from the perspective of ideological and political education.Among them,the theoretical basis is expounded from three aspects: Related theories of Marxism,Chinese Communist Party’s voluntary service theory and Western voluntary service theory.Its significance is mainly reflected in four aspects: moral cultivation,spiritual cohesion,encouragement and education adjustment.The third part analyzes the problems of college students’ voluntary service system from the perspective of ideological and political education.This part from the ideological and political education of college students volunteer service system of the special requirements of the various elements to analyze the problems of college students volunteer service system,respectively,for the lack of college students volunteer spirit,organization overall education system is not perfect,lack of recessive education,there exist deviations in service consciousness and voluntary as motivation is not strong.The fourth part introduces the path of improving college students’ voluntary service system from the perspective of ideological and political education.This part proposes countermeasures according to the problems analyzed in the third part.Cultivating the spirit of college students’ volunteer service,standardizing the organization of college students’ volunteer service,digging the resources of college students’ volunteer service,strengthening the consciousness of college students’ volunteer service and basing on the practice of college students’ volunteer service are important measures to form a joint force with the help of ideological and political education carriers and achieve the education effect of college students’ volunteer service system.
