A Study On The Environmental Governance Of Villages In The Midwest Of China In The Process Of Modernization

There are two sides of a coin. While promoting the comprehensive development of economy, politics, culture and so on, modernization brought challenges to the west-central village environment. In recent years, with the sharp advancement of modernization and growth in the living standard of villagers, the environment of the west-central village is degrading speedily. The reason for environmental degradation is that there are some problems of environmental governance as follows:the traditional village environment governance mode shows inefficiencies, environmental governance is difficult to reach a consensus, human capital is poor, etc. Environmental governance of village couldn’t keep up with far the pace of environmental degradation, which not only can’t make the west-central villages environment improved, also cause a series of serious consequences. In order to achieving modernization, realizing the construction of the grand blueprint of "the beautiful China", it is necessary to further explore the environmental governance of village.In this paper, i analyze the causes of problems of environmental governance on the basis of environmental governance and related definition, in connection with present situation of environmental pollution in the west-central villages, and as it starting point, search a valid way of environmental governance by using these theories of politics, economics, management and sociology.
