Research On The Governance Of Naxi Dongba Culture Village

Ethnic village community is a special type of rural governance system,ethnic village community governance in border ethnic areas is an important part of rural governance,as well as the basic point,key point and difficult point of rural revitalization and modernization of rural governance,it is having great significance to focus governance research on ethnic village communities in frontier areas.The governance of ethnic village communities needs to fully tap the governance resources of ethnic village communities,achieve effective governance,and take an important step in the process of realizing the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity with the historical opportunity of Rural Revitalization strategy.In this study,the author starts from the Political science,based on the on-the-spot investigation of Shuming Dongba Culture Village,integrated use the methods of participatory observation and depth interview,literature analysis and case comparison research,under the guidance of relevant rural governance theory and multiple subject governance theory,taking how to effectively tap the governance resources of ethnic villages and communities as the core of thinking,to study the atypical governance of Shuming Dongba Culture Village.Discussing the constitution of the pluralistic governance subject in the special"political field"of Shuming Dongba Culture Village and its participation in the governance process,interaction and balance relationship,and through the analysis of the governance dilemma of ethnic villages and communities,explore the practical solutions,to highlighting the unique value and exemplary effect of the governance of ethnic village communities.The research on the governance of specific ethnic villages has strong pertinence and reality,its practical and theoretical research value,no matter for the local governance of ethnic villages,or the governance of ethnic villages in other areas both have important reference significance.This paper is a theoretical study on the governance of specific ethnic villages and communities in border areas of China.It introduces the concept of"symbiosis" into the governance of ethnic villages and communities,analyses the inherent logic and practical operating mechanism of the"symbiosis" state of the multi-governance subjects of ethnic villages and communities from the political point of view,and puts forward and discusses the constructing ethnic villages"governance"symbiotic type plural pattern feasibility and path of the new paradigm,with a new way of governance,highlight the new content and characteristics of governance,and provide a new governance model,under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,the governance of Dongba Culture Village in Dawn is centered on how to effectively tap the resources of rural governance,it can deepen the countermeasure thinking of rural revitalization,extend the political research vision of rural governance and enrich the application research of ethnic political theory,it has important theoretical and practical significance.
