2009Communist Party of China proposed to localize, modernize and popularize Marxism inChina. Popularization is the essential requirement and attribute of Marxism. Marxism must beunderstood by the overwhelming majority of the people in order to play a huge role in China.Therefore, the Chinese Communists continue to actively explore China’s reform and opening upfor three decades to raise the great practice of Marxism to a new level. Since the reform andopening up of three generations of Party leaders, The Party not only lifts theoretically profoundunderstanding of the law of popularization of Marxism, but also forms the basic experiencepopularization of Marxism. Serious research experiences have a positive reference for exploringthe law of Chinese Marxism.Since reform and opening up, experiences of popularization of Marxism are divided intoseven sections: Introduction; China’s national conditions and practice,constantly promotetheoretical innovation; close contact practice development,a solid ideological and theoreticalconstruction; adhering to service the interests of the people of the purpose,the timelydevelopment and implementation of public policy; the characteristics of the times,innovativeforms and methods of ideological and political education; focusing on social trends, insistingideological struggle; conduct institutional innovation and striving to create long-term mechanism.The introduction briefly summarizes the background and research proposes of thepopularization of Marxist; elaborates research of popularization of Marxism dominantly andabroad, and the methodology of this paper.The first part analyzes the theoretical thoroughness characteristic of Marxism, andconsidering the China’s specific national conditions, continues to adhere to the Marxisttheoretical innovation.The second part analyzes the building of needs with the theory of the necessity to furtherexplore the Chinese Communists and how to properly carry out the theory.The third part is mainly from the point of view of people’s livelihood. The Communist Partyof China insists the interests of the masses for all aspects to ensure a fair and democratic societyin order to strengthen the Party ’s clear and clean behavior construction.The fourth part summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the ideological andpolitical education.The fifth part emphasizes the leadership of Marxist theory in the field of ideology, andstrengths the necessity of raising conflicts in ideological field. The six part analyses the long-term popularization mechanism of Marxism and the proposedmethod for the effectiveness of long-term mechanism to implement.The conclusion summarizes the experiences of promoting the popularization of Marxism bythe Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up, and gives positive admit.
