Now pledge of movables are generally used in the financial sector, but for a long time,the risks associated with pledge of movables.To bring both the high-yield and high-risk undertaking the inherent high risk of financial enterprises, commercial banks act as a high-risk business "credit" enterprise usually need various effective way to avoid the risk, chattel pledge supervision is one of the main forms.Commercial banks have no logistics business qualification and the lack of the movable property management experience, so banks commission the logistics company to supervise the chattel effective dispersed pledge of movables risk.Secondly, due to the implementation of macroeconomic policies and real estate control policies, rapid development mode slows down, a certain degree of the SME funding chain is interrupted, chattel pledge supervision of commercial banks increase risk due to finance for SMEs chain issues. There are also huge differences between some commercial banks associations and logistics regulatory sharing each other’s responsibilitiesThis article is a combination of the above background, analyze commercial banks chattel pledge’s sources of risk, which including the Bank’s financial risk, the risk of pledge of movables, regulatory risks of third party logistics enterprises. Logistics enterprises as regulatory acceptance by the Bank commissioned by borrowing enterprises, the role of the banks, warehousing companies, regulatory enterprise Quartet analysis, and analysis of the warehousing business and regulatory corporate responsibility distinguish clear regulatory responsibility.In the analysis of the composition of the risk, the bank’s success pledge financing case to analyze the reasons for the success, and how to weaken the risk.
