Although China is researching and improving the pre-sale system of real estate, but the problem is still existing,.Following the abolition of the discussion of the Pre-sale system in2005and2010, This question was also became a heated discussion in2012.1would like catch this opportunity to study the pre-sale system of real estate, want to be able to put forward practical significance countermeasures.The thesis is based on protecting legitimate rights and interests of the disadvantaged pre-order party, introduce the concept and introduction and status quo of pre-sale system of real estate, analysis legal problem in the three stages, the three stages are development stage, sale stage and delivery stage.
