| This paper starts from the basic concept of commercial bribery and legal system, summarizes the aspects on commercial bribery, analyzes the issues and controversies in the law enforcement practices, draws lessons from foreign commercial bribery governance experience, and offers legislative suggestions on legislation and law enforcement of commercial bribery in aspect of making clear concept, unifying law enforcement, perfecting the law responsibility and strengthening means of law enforcement. |
