Study On Low Carbonization Of Energy Law Construction In China

Climate change is one of the most serious challenges facing human. Energy is the lifeblood of the economy, and at the same time, high-carbon energy consumption contributing to global warming. The low-carbon energy based on low power consumption, low emission, low pollution-based energy development model, the development of low-carbon energy is of great significance for achieving sustainable development. Energy and the rule of law the construction of low-carbon development is the world’s conventional practice. Construct reasonable and feasible low-carbon energy with low carbon content of the legal system, is the inevitable choice based on the current level of economic development, energy structure and energy situation.
