For more than thirty years, the development of the regional geo-situation made this region dominated by a great system of Islamic extremism. Then, a continuously developing extremism organization in history will be exposed. In the study, at one side, the very details of TTP will be made clear, including the causes of its formation, the path of the formation and so on; at the other side, by abstracting and analyzing the systemic effect theory of Jevis, the correlation between TTP and geo-situation will get proved. And also, as America and its allies will withdraw all or most of its troop in Afghan in2014, the prospect of TTP will be discussed. And also, from the historical and contemporary scenes, it can be summarized that the system has there systemic effects:anti-pressure, repelling aliens and system-spreading.
