A Study On The Determination Of Membership Of Rural Collective Economic Organizations

In judicial practice, the need to solve a series of problems related to agriculture, the breakthrough point is to affirm the qualifications of members of the rural collective economic organizations. Only the principles and standards that the membership of the clear, can member qualification and reasonable. This paper first discusses about the members of the organization that the principle of our country, and analyzes our country about the principle of the advantages and disadvantages that the membership, thus obtains the author thinks reasonable about the basic principles that the membership.
