A Study On The Working Methods Of Township Masses

The villages and towns in their work done, not only to have a scientific theoretical guidanceand practical work attitude, but also has a valid work method. Under the new situation, in thevillages and towns in their work environment, the main body, object has changed, the originalmass work methods already can not adapt to the work of the new period requirement. in thiscontext, how to innovate the villages and towns method of mass work become the township andvillage cadres to the most immediate problem. With the development of the times, the originalmass work methods have been unable to meet the work requirements of the new era. Under thenew situation, the masses of the working environment in the party’s mass base in rural andtownship cadres changed overall quality is not high in the context. The second part is the outline of people workingmethods, focusing on describing what is the work of the masses and the masses workingmethods, the basic task of the new era mass work and some of the traditional method of masswork. The third part is the background of innovation work methods of the township masses. thechange of mass work environment, changes in Party ’s mass of the countryside, townshipcomprehensive quality is not high are the three background of mass work method innovation oftownship. The fourth part analysis the masses of the working methods of Ganzhou, it’s aimed tothe present situation of Ganzhou rural mass work, analyzes the reasons though specific problemsof Ganzhou rural mass work method,. The fifth part is the masses of the working methods of thetownship under the new innovation situation,it was absorbing the township history of mass workexperience and work practices of the villages and towns people.On the basis of constantinnovation, summed up the six levels of methods, the pair support, visit talk method, educationguidance, law typical demonstration method, public opinion feedback method,profit-drivenmethod.
