The brand strategy of party organ is closely related to its management activities. Party organ confronts many management problems in the process of carrying out the brand strategy. Through management innovation, we can, to a large extent, ensure the success of party organ brand strategy.There are four main issues existing in the management of current brand strategy of party organ, they are: lack of own management authority, stagnation of the management system, deficiency of objectives management, and weak crisis management of brand strategy; on the basis of the theory of management innovation, such countermeasures should be taken to solve the problems. Firstly, empower scientifically and make the management purview clear; secondly, carry on the institutional innovations; thirdly, carry out objectives management; finally, strengthen strategy crisis management. In the current situation, party organ should stay abreast of the development trend of media convergence, homeopathy and timely while putting management innovation countermeasure into practice.Target management deficiency causes brand strategy absence; brand strategy for crisis management is ineffective to implement. Through the implementation of management and supporting services guaranteeing the promotion of strategy implementation, and strengthening a strong guarantee strategic crisis management, we can eliminate the risk and ensure the strategic success. In the strategic crisis management process, we must concern the following vital elements such as: the organizational culture, organizational structure, strategic HR and warning mechanism. In that sense, optimization of the party organ management is to optimize the brand strategy; management innovation of the party organ is the innovation of the brand strategy.
