The paper primary coverage is designs the single-valve sine-wave generator with MOSFET, also requests the oscillator to be able to realize the high efficiency, the output is 100W, the oscilation frequency is the 13.56MHz output signal.Along with the science and technology development and electronic products in reality application, the oscillator high efficiency, the high-frequency is the development inevitable trend. At present, the oscillator already in the television station, the broadcasting station, the handset, the military electronic countermeasure, the correspondence, the broadcast, the automatic control, the measuring appliance survey, the high-frequency heating and the supersonic crack detection and the industry domain and so on obtains the widespread application. Fourth chapter mainly says is in the oscillator main body electric circuit and the electric circuit various primary devices parameter determination.Fifth chapter mainly is the electric circuit simulation and the debugging.
